However, they should be aware that a $15 (+ tax) processing fee per reservation will be incurred if they choose not to use your dedicated web-link.

Please note that you may make reservations in the block at group rate until Thursday, May 7, 2020. After that time, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only.
