Back in May, Czech casino owner Leon Tsoukernik lost $3 million to Australian poker pro Matt Kirk at the Aria casino in Las Vegas. Tsoukernik then apparently paid Kirk only $1 million of the money he lost during the poker session, with the two players now embroiled in a high-profile lawsuit. According to Tsoukernik, both Kirk and the Aria were responsible for his losses due to neglect, manipulation, and ploughing him with too much alcohol to play or read his cards properly.
